  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• Please provide your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue.
• We will issue a free replacement or full refund after review.

  1. Missing Items
    • If your order is incomplete or missing parts, contact us within 5 days.
    • We will investigate and send out the missing item if confirmed.
  2. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders where the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product.
    • Please double-check sizing, color, and quantity before placing your order.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
  4. Return Process
    • We do not accept direct returns to our warehouse.
    • If a return is required, we will provide instructions based on the supplier’s policy.
    • Do not return items without contacting us first – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
